Sir Gawain and the Green Knight Story Night
Tamworth resident farmers, Ethan and Amy Sager, presents a public reading of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.
Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, is a classic English medieval poem which masterfully weaves the changing of the seasons into a beautiful natural setting. The book is a solidly Christian story. It’s about pagan traditions testing Christian values. The juxtaposition of nature vs Christian righteousness makes for a perfect rural tale to share in the holiday season.
Popcorn Cake
Have you ever walked into a friend’s or family’s home and the centerpiece was dessert—a ~~POPCORN CAKE~~and they made you wait until dessert time to taste it? That’s exactly how I first saw and learned of POPCORN CAKE! It looked fun and it looked delicious…it was fun and it was delicious!
